Each training session is tailored to your needs based on our initial free consultation and then adapted based on our regular progress check-ins.
Evening and weekend appointments are available - please get in touch for more information.
£40 per 1 hour session
The structure of each session will be tailored to suit your goals and needs.
The location of the session will impact the activities we undertake and we can always focus on what you feel is most important. But, as an example, a typical session could include:
Warm up - which will include dynamic stretching and light cardio exercises to get your body and mind ready for the main session
Introduction to compound lifts (e.g. barbell squat, bench press, deadlift) - using weights which are appropriate for you and ensuring that you are lifting safely and efficiently
All over body conditioning circuit - providing an opportunity to work with a range of equipment (e.g. battle ropes, spin bike, suspension training, medicine ball, boxercise)
Cool down and stretch - taking you through stretches on all the muscles we've worked to aid recovery and flexibility
You will receive a free SKPT branded water bottle on completion of your first session to help you stay hydrated!
