My approach

Whether you’re not used to exercising, don't consider yourself to be 'sporty', are nervous about exercising or have a specific fitness goal, I can help you find an activity that you enjoy, that suits your fitness level and helps you feel good about yourself.

My approach is gentle and friendly; I want you to feel comfortable and supported while you exercise.

I offer realistic and achievable fitness programmes that are tailored to your individual needs and the support and motivation to help you stay on track. That includes:

  • a free initial no obligation consultation, face to face or by phone
  • exercise and advice tailored to your personal goals - no one-size-fits-all mentality
  • welcoming you to my private studio space or at a location that feels best for you - whether that’s a local park or your own home
  • taking into account your stage of life and any other factors which may be affecting your ability to exercise, such as work, stress, family circumstances or your menstrual cycle
  • sessions tailored to your preferences, including the music we work out to.
